Earlier this spring, the City Council proposed unsealing the vaults and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tribecatrib.com\/content\/brooklyn-bridge-rent-underside-span-pitched-city-revenue-source\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">using rents to generate revenue<\/a>.
