Today, Queens of the Stone Age have announced their return to Iceland for the first time since 2005 with a show on Saturday, Oct. 24 at Reykjav\u00edk\u2019s Laugardalsh\u00f6ll, for a long-overdue reunion with local fans. The band has been eager to return to the land of fire and ice and booked this as a special one-off headlining gig. Reykjavik\u2019s own Virgin Orchestra will open the show with their signature combination of post-punk, electronic and dream pop.
