(WIBW) &#8211; A man was booked into the Riley County Jail following his Sunday arrest in connection with drug crime in Manhattan, officials said.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">The arrested man was identified as Martin Frank Stovall, 65, of Las Vegas.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Officials said Stovall was arrested around 3:22 p.m. Sunday in the 1000 block of S.
