Like we&#8217;re still below that threshold and I feel like for New Rochelle, it&#8217;s kind of opened up that bracket for us, you know, for folks within my income limit,&#8221; said one attendee.<\/p>\n<p data-rich-text-paragraph=\"true\">The developer says this will be one of many workshops that will be held over the summer. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"A community housing workshop in New Rochelle unveils its newest affordable housing development called Rose on Main.
