NEW YORK (PIX11) \u2014 With another round of heavy rain on the way to New York City, the National Weather Service issued a special weather statement for the five boroughs and New Jersey.<\/p>\n
Long Island and the Hudson area are included in the special weather statement as winds could exceed 30 mph, according to the NWS.<\/p>\n
