A 5-month-old and a 1-year-old were in the car.<\/p>\n<p data-rich-text-paragraph=\"true\">Police said Loja\u2019s blood alcohol content was over the legal limit. He was arrested and is due back in court in August.<\/p>\n<p data-rich-text-paragraph=\"true\">Troopers said the children are OK.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"A Bronx man is charged with DWI after allegedly driving drunk with two babies in his car.
