Seventh Street, between Second and Third avenues, ideally in September.<\/p>\n<p class=\"duet--article--dangerously-set-cms-markup duet--article--standard-paragraph u67w0ti va4xi81 va4xi80 e8cira1\">Chippy\u2019s will work as a counter-service restaurant with an ordering\/waiting lounge and main dining room. The menu is simple: fish and chips ($16); a fried fish sandwich ($10); English chips, aka fries ($6); disco fries with a trio of sauces: Montgomery cheddar, curry, and parsley ($10); fried fish nuggets ($6), and beer. Desserts include sticky toffee pudding, banoffee pie, and Eton Mess.
