LOWER EAST SIDE, Manhattan (WABC) — Police have several persons of interest in custody after a teen was shot in Manhattan on Tuesday.<\/p>\n

The shooting happened just before 5:30 p.m. at Stanton and Bowery in the Lower East Side.<\/p>\n

Police say a 15-year-old boy was shot in the leg at the location.<\/p>\n

He was taken to Bellevue Hospital in stable condition.<\/p>\n

Police have four persons of interest in custody.<\/p>\n

A firearm was recovered from the scene.<\/p>\n
