A 27-year-old man was also found with a gunshot wound to the arm.<\/p>\n<p>Paramedics rushed both victims to Kings County Hospital, where they were listed in stable condition.<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-244875\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-ny\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/DSC_6056.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"700\" height=\"467\"  \/>Investigators canvass the area where a 17-year-old boy and a 27-year-old man were shot and wounded in Crown Heights.Photo by Lloyd Mitchell\n<\/p>\n<p>The shooting rattled residents in the neighborhood. Neighbor Samantha Clarke expressed concern following the violence.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt makes me feel so uncomfortable and I will pray for the victims,\u201d she said. \u201cI have to keep my children out of these streets.\u201d\n<\/p>\n<p>Authorities say the suspect fled westbound on Montgomery Street after the shooting.<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-244877\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-ny\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/DSC_6053.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"700\" height=\"467\"  \/>Shoes and other personal belongings lie scattered near the scene of a shooting at Montgomery Street and Bedford Avenue in Crown Heights on Wednesday afternoon. Photo by Lloyd Mitchell\n<\/p>\n<p>No arrests have been made, and the investigation remains ongoing.<\/p>\n<p>The shooting comes as gun violence has increased in the 71st Precinct, which covers Crown Heights, Wingate and Prospect Lefferts Gardens.
