Out his window he saw a man swinging a heavy object at building gates. Flores says the chaos continued for more than 10 minutes before officers arrived and stepped in. <\/p>\n<p data-rich-text-paragraph=\"true\">\u201cHe\u2019s over here, smashing windows and stuff, walking around yelling like crazy. I\u2019m seeing like cops over here pull over, start chasing that man. It\u2019s crazy,\u201d he said. <\/p>\n<p data-rich-text-paragraph=\"true\">The destructive events left the BX-17 bus stop destroyed.
