This is where we met, and where we started our family. We are so grateful for every moment and every person who made this chapter so special. Brooklyn will always have a special place in our hearts.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MuiTypography-root MuiTypography-bp_small__body__article__medium css-1vqr2el\">&#8220;With love, Nic, Mariah &amp; Kai.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p class=\"MuiTypography-root MuiTypography-bp_small__body__article__medium css-1vqr2el\">Claxton&#8217;s farewell comes after the Nets <a class=\"MuiTypography-root MuiTypography-inherit MuiLink-root MuiLink-underlineAlways MuiTypography-root MuiTypography-bp_small__ui__link__medium_strong css-lu48cp\" href=\"https:\/\/bleacherreport.com\/articles\/25443513-julius-randle-nets-reported-3-team-nba-trade-full-return-wolves-bulls-revealed\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\" target=\"_blank\">agreed to send<\/a> him to Chicago in a three-team trade with the Minnesota Timberwolves. that will bring Julius Randle to Brooklyn. <\/p>\n<p class=\"MuiTypography-root MuiTypography-bp_small__body__article__medium css-1vqr2el\">The Nets drafted Claxton in the second round of the 2019 NBA draft, and he became a mainstay in Brooklyn throughout a period of time that saw stars come and go and a rebuild start to take place. <\/p>\n<p class=\"MuiTypography-root MuiTypography-bp_small__body__article__medium css-1vqr2el\">Over the past few seasons, he&#8217;s turned into a reliable starting big man, putting up 11.7 points, 6.9 rebounds and 3.7 assists per game this year.
