A glamorous beauty pageant queen and social media influencer allegedly stiffed Midtown Manhattan\u2019s luxury St. Regis Hotel out of the final $40,000 chunk of her lavish wedding bill, according to a lawsuit filed by the aggrieved inn.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n
Kaitlyn Rose Kennedy-Melanson, a certified behavior analyst recently crowned as Miss New York Elite, has not paid her bill in full from her September 2025 nuptials, which included such amenities as a penthouse suite and $100,000 in food alone, the suit contends.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Kennedy-Melanson, a Boston-born wanna-be influencer whose social media is rife with glam shots from her wedding, held her ceremony at the historic St. Patrick\u2019s Cathedral, with dinner, dancing and the rest at the premiere St. Regis New York.<\/p>\n
Even after \u201crepeated demands for payment,\u201d the hotel claims Kennedy-Melanson has not paid the final $37,000 \u2014 which comes to over $40,000 with interest \u2014 despite already handing over $106,000 for the unforgettable evening, according to court papers filed in Manhattan Supreme Court this week.<\/p>\n
Reached by The Post, Kennedy-Melanson called the hotel\u2019s claims \u201cbulls\u2013t\u201d before saying she couldn\u2019t comment without speaking to her attorney first. She then added that she hadn\u2019t been served with the suit yet as she and her husband \u201cno longer live\u201d at the address listed in court papers, \u201cso that\u2019s good.\u201d<\/p>\n
She followed up in a message on Instagram saying she had \u201cno comment at this time.\u201d<\/p>\n
The five-star venue alleges that it fully performed its duties, offering a high-end experience that included a five-hour open premium bar, room rentals \u2014 including an exclusive Penthouse for Kennedy-Melanson and her now-hubby \u2014 and a multi-course catering bill, which alone fetched $100,000.<\/p>\n
Kennedy-Melanson received an invoice a week after the wedding, with payment due 30 days later, the hotel claims.<\/p>\n
But since she failed to pay up, Kennedy-Melanson now owes 18% interest \u2014 plus all legal costs, according to a \u201cdispute resolution\u201d clause in the signed wedding contract, the suit says, forcing the hotel to take their former guest to court.<\/p>\n
