The Off-Broadway revival of\u00a0Heathers The Musical has set a final performance at New World Stages for November 8, which also reflects the production’s fourth extension. The Off-Broadway bow will be followed by\u00a0a North American tour, set to launch in Baltimore in May 2027.<\/p>\n
Tickets for the final slate of performances (September 8-November 8) will go on sale June 26 at 10 AM ET.<\/p>\n
The revival of the Laurence O’Keefe-Kevin Murphy musical opened July 10, 2025, coming back to the venue that hosted its 2014 original New York production via a new staging that originated at London’s The Other Palace. The current cast features\u00a0Isabella Esler<\/a> as Veronica, Zan Berube as Heather Chandler, John Cardoza<\/a> (The Notebook<\/a>) as J.D., Ava DeMary<\/a> as Heather McNamara,\u00a0Jeannette Bayardelle<\/a> as Ms. Fleming,\u00a0Chris Marsh Clark (A Beautiful Noise) as Ram Sweeney, Jackera Davis (Beetlejuice<\/a>) as Heather Duke, Erin Morton<\/a> as Martha Dunstock, Cade Ostermeyer as Kurt Kelly<\/a>, Adam Bashian as Ram’s Dad, and Jimmy Ray Bennett as Kurt’s Dad. Casting is by The Telsey Office<\/a>‘s Rachel Hoffman and Jimmy Larkin. Aniya Thompson will succeed Morton as Martha Dunstock beginning July 8.<\/p>\n Adapted from the 1988 film, the musical follows Westerberg High student Veronica Sawyer, who’s on track to become one of the most popular girls in school after befriending the beautiful but cruel Heathers, only to meet a mysterious teen rebel who changes everything. Andy Fickman directs.<\/p>\n Heathers the Musical premiered with a sold-out run in Los Angeles in 2013, and transferred to New World Stages in 2014, also directed by Fickman in a different staging. Will Joy serves as music supervisor, with Mona Seyed-Bolorforosh as music director.
