AP Photo\/Julia Nikhinson, File<\/p>\n<p>CROWN HEIGHTS \u2013 POLICE SAY THAT on Saturday, Nov. 1 at 8:47 p.m., officers responding to a 911 call at an Eastern Parkway apartment complex, near Lincoln Terrace, discovered 16-year-old Tyson Harps, Jr., of the Bronx, unconscious and unresponsive, with a gunshot wound to the head. EMS responded and pronounced Harps deceased on scene.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Family members gathered on Sunday to mourn and remember the teenager, who they described as a loving brother and son, and to ask the public for information on the case. \u201cWe\u2019re just trying to understand.
