(WIBW) &#8211; A Manhattan man was arrested Thursday, June 26, in connection with two warrants for failure to appear. <\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">According to RCPD. Kevin M. Harbaugh, 44, was arrested around 5:27 a.m. in the 7400 block of Stockdale Park Road. <\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">He was arrested on two Riley County District Court warrants for failure to appear.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">RCPD says the arrest stems from original charges of aggravated residential burglary, criminal deprivation of property, violation of protection orders, intimidation of a witness, domestic battery, and driving while suspended. <\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Harbaugh was issued a $112,000 bond and remains confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of this report. <\/p>\n<p>Copyright 2026 WIBW.
