This week, a look back at four of our featured listings from six months ago focuses on homes in Crown Heights, Sunset Park, and Marine Park. How did they fare?<\/p>\n

First up, this early 20th century limestone in Crown Heights has fretwork, wood floors, and mantels. This former Open House Pick<\/a> was taken off the market this month.<\/p>\n

This Sunset Park row house hasn\u2019t changed hands in decades and there are some distinctly later 20th century renovations, like a basement rumpus room, along with original mantels, fretwork, and wall moldings. This former House of the Day<\/a> sold in June for $1.71 million, which was $115,000 over the asking price.<\/p>\n

A detached house in Marine Park has three bedrooms and a shared driveway. This former Open House Pick<\/a> sold in April for $720,000, which was $45,000 under the asking price.<\/p>\n

Finally, this compact Sunset Park one-bedroom is modest, but it does have wood floors, picture rails, and appears move-in ready. This former Co-op of the Day<\/a> entered contract this month.<\/p>\n
