She sought medical treatment at a local hospital, and reported the incident to the <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/nypd13pct\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">13th Precinct<\/a> and NYPD Transit District 4.<\/p>\n<p>Police said the suspect was last seen wearing a black t-shirt.\u00a0\n<\/p>\n<p>Anyone with information regarding the incident can call Crime Stoppers at 800-577-TIPS (for Spanish, dial 888-57-PISTA).
