Two people got to the top of the Empire State Building’s antenna and unfurled a banner about \u201cthe power of love\u201d at midday Tuesday, news helicopter video showed.<\/p>\n
Dressed in black and wearing helmets and masts, the two balanced on a narrow ledge atop the New York skyscraper’s antenna, which rises 1,454 feet (443 meters) above midtown Manhattan. The banner, reading \u201cwhen the power of love beats the love of power the world knows peace,\u201d waved in the wind.<\/p>\n
