(WIBW) &#8211; A street ramp on the west side of Manhattan was reopened late Wednesday morning after it was closed for around an hour and a half while crews responded to an injury crash, officials said.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">The crash was reported around 9:22 a.m. Wednesday on N.
