The elevators opened on time and on budget.<br \/>The elevators at Jackson Hts-Roosevelt Av provides access from the Manhattan-bound EFMR platform to the EFMR7 mezzanines and from the mezzanine to the Queens-bound EFMR platform. The station serves nearly 40,000riders every weekday.
