The furious dad of a 14-year-old boy who was raped by a trans illegal immigrant inside a Manhattan bodega bathroom wants the creep deported \u2014 especially after he cut a sweetheart plea deal.<\/p>\n
Rapist Nicol Alexandra Contreras-Suarez, a 31-year-old migrant from South America who admitted to raping the teen<\/a> across from Thomas Jefferson Park in 2025, is now being hauled to Massachusetts to face criminal charges there, authorities said.<\/p>\n The young victim\u2019s dad said the creep should never go free. <\/p>\n Illegal trans migrant Nicol Alexandra Contreras-Suearez was sentenced to six months for raping a 14-year-old boy. Steven Hirsch for NY Post<\/p>\n \u201cThe defendant is an immigrant from Colombia, came to the United States, and chose to commit this crime of rape,\u201d he said. \u201cI am hoping and praying that the defendant is deported back to the defendant\u2019s country and not allowed back into the United State due to this crime.<\/p>\n \u201cThis was not a mistake,\u201d he added. \u201cBut rather a choice by a defendant. If this crime did not happen to my son, it was for sure going to happen to someone else\u2019s child.\u201d<\/p>\n Contreras-Suarez pleaded guilty to second-degree rape in March in exchange for a light six-month sentence \u2014 worked out with the victim\u2019s family so the traumatized teen would not have to testify.<\/p>\n \u201cI am ready to formally state that I want the defendant gone,\u201d the teen said in court Wednesday. \u201cWhat happened was deeply upsetting, and I do not wish to speak about the situation in detail, because I am trying to move forward with my life.<\/p>\n The father of the teen raped by illegal immigrant Nicol Alexandrea Contreras-Suarez wants him deported.
