Queenbea 44-68 LLC was the seller. LIC Vernon 45 LLC was the buyer. The building measures about 15,800 square feet.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\ud83c\udfc6 Residential: The top residential sale in New York was in the West Village for $12 million at 160 Leroy Street. The condo has four bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms across roughly 2,800 square feet. The sale comes out to around $4,300 per square foot. Adam Heller, Amanda Rosenberg, and Michael Gavin with the Heller Organization handled the listing. \u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\ud83d\udccaResidential: In Soho, a co-op at 421 West Broadway changed hands for $9.9 million. The seller was the estate of diamond dealer Ara Arslanian and the buyer was 421 Happy House LLC. The unit is a duplex measuring about 5,200 square feet, pricing the deal at more than $1,900 per square foot.<\/p>\n<p>\ud83d\udccaCommercial: In Tribeca, a 6,400-square-foot retail unit at 66 White Street traded for $10.1 million. The seller, a company linked to Marc Meyers and Evan Snyderman, principals of art gallery R &amp; Company, purchased the unit in 2017 for $7 million.
