Adam Driver\u2019s Brooklyn Heights loft is already spoken for.<\/p>\n

The three-bedroom condo at 20 Henry Street, which the \u201cMarriage Story\u201d star quietly put on the market for just under $5 million<\/a>, went into contract July 2, only about two weeks after it hit the listings on June 19, The Post has learned.<\/p>\n

The final sale price is not yet known.<\/p>\n

Driver spent years piecing together his soon-to-be-former home at 20 Henry Street, buying the first unit in 2014 and a second in 2017 before combining them.<\/p>\n

Adam Driver found a buyer to his Brooklyn loft in under two weeks since it hit the market. Charles Wenzelberg \/ New York Post<\/p>\n

Records obtained by The Post show the trust connected to the actor paid $4.24 million total for the pair, which Elizabeth Roberts Architects then reimagined as a 2,681-square-foot loft inside a converted 1892 candy factory. The finished home kept the building\u2019s original timber columns and beams and added arched windows, glass-and-steel partitions, teak paneling and custom millwork.<\/p>\n

The six-room layout has three bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms and a separate study, plus building amenities including a doorman, gym and cold storage. Carl Gambino of Compass has the listing. A representative for the broker declined to comment.<\/p>\n

The swift deal comes as Driver trades up to one of Brooklyn\u2019s most coveted addresses.<\/p>\n

Days before listing his current home, the Oscar-nominated actor closed on three combined units at The Standish, the Columbia Heights tower<\/a> where Matt Damon and the couple John Krasinski and Emily Blunt also own.<\/p>\n

Driver paid $11.5 million for the sixth-floor spread, which totals roughly 3,500 square feet and works out to more than $3,200 per square foot, one of the highest per-foot prices ever logged in the borough.<\/p>\n

The seller at The Standish was Mark Van Zandt, a managing director in King Street Capital Management\u2019s real estate arm, and his wife Lindsay, who had pieced together the three apartments over eight years.<\/p>\n

They picked up the three-bedroom Unit 6B for $4 million in 2017, added the one-bedroom Unit 6A for $1.2 million in 2021, and closed on Unit 601 for $1 million last year.<\/p>\n

Driver\u2019s name did not appear on the paperwork, with a trust standing in for the actor in a transaction.<\/p>\n

He purchased three units at The Standish \u2014 the celeb-filled Brooklyn Height\u2019s luxury apartment building. Glen E.Johnson<\/p>\n

The Standish has become something of a magnet for A-list buyers. Damon set a Brooklyn price record <\/a>there in 2017 when he paid $16.8 million for the building\u2019s 6,200-square-foot penthouse. Krasinski and Blunt followed in 2019, spending $11 million to combine two units into a full floor.<\/p>\n

Driver broke out on Lena Dunham\u2019s HBO series \u201cGirls\u201d before playing Kylo Ren in 2015\u2019s \u201cStar Wars: The Force Awakens.\u201d He picked up consecutive Oscar nominations for his supporting role in Spike Lee\u2019s 2018 film \u201cBlacKkKlansman\u201d and his lead performance in Noah Baumbach\u2019s 2019 drama \u201cMarriage Story.\u201d<\/p>\n

The Henry Street condo sits close to the Brooklyn Heights Promenade and Brooklyn Bridge Park, with a quick ride into Lower Manhattan.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Adam Driver\u2019s Brooklyn Heights loft is already spoken for.
