The 41-year-old\u2014whose full name is Jonathan\u2014put his New York<\/a> condo back on the market three years after listing and delisting the sprawling dwelling.<\/p>\n

The NBA pro<\/a> purchased the 2,973-square-foot property in 2017 for just over $6 million. <\/p>\n

The dwelling, which was built in 2016, comes complete with four bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms and is perched atop a seven-story converted warehouse.<\/p>\n

By June 2022, they removed the listing. <\/p>\n

In August 2022, they once again listed the property for $7 million. <\/p>\n

By October, they removed the home from the market.<\/p>\n

However, now, the couple appears to be ready to sell and at a much lower price. <\/p>\n

JJ attended Duke University before playing 15 seasons in the NBA. He then took his talents to the other side of the court and worked as an analyst before becoming the head coach of the Lakers in 2024.<\/p>\n
