{"id":288106,"date":"2026-07-06T15:11:12","date_gmt":"2026-07-06T15:11:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-ny\/288106\/"},"modified":"2026-07-06T15:11:12","modified_gmt":"2026-07-06T15:11:12","slug":"yordi-silverio-marte-brito-charged-with-dwi-in-lewisboro","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-ny\/288106\/","title":{"rendered":"Yordi Silverio Marte Brito Charged With DWI In Lewisboro"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>New York City resident\u00a0Yordi Silverio Marte Brito, 27, was arrested on Sunday, June 28, following a welfare check in Lewisboro, New York State Police announced on July 3.<\/p>\n<p>According to the agency, the\u00a0incident happened around 4:35 a.m, when troopers\u00a0conducted a welfare check on a Jeep stopped on the shoulder of Interstate 684 in Lewisboro.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Troopers said the driver, identified as Marte Brito, showed signs of intoxication during the investigation.
