Photo: Catie Savage<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">BD Hotels, the New York-based hotel company founded by Richard Born, has purchased the four-story property for $10 million, according to city property records <a href=\"https:\/\/www.crainsnewyork.com\/real-estate\/commercial\/cny-nypd-building-sold-hells-kitchen-20260707\/#\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">first reported by Crain\u2019s<\/a>. The building had housed NYPD units for more than three decades before the department moved out earlier this year.<\/p>\n<p>Success!
