{"id":291005,"date":"2026-07-09T01:33:10","date_gmt":"2026-07-09T01:33:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-ny\/291005\/"},"modified":"2026-07-09T01:33:10","modified_gmt":"2026-07-09T01:33:10","slug":"manhattan-investor-pays-241m-for-downtown-stamford-apartment-complex","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-ny\/291005\/","title":{"rendered":"Manhattan investor pays $241M for downtown Stamford apartment complex"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A Manhattan-based real estate investment firm has paid $241 million for a 641-unit luxury apartment complex in downtown Stamford, marking the city\u2019s second nine-figure multifamily sale in less than two weeks.<\/p>\n<p>In deeds recorded July 2, Hoboken, New Jersey-based developer and multifamily owner Urby sold the upscale apartments at 1 Greyrock Place to Pantzer.<\/p>\n<p>The deal includes a seven-story, 352,296-square-foot building completed in 2019 and an adjacent five-story, 139,909-square-foot building completed in 2023.<\/p>\n<p>The Point Stamford offers studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments in the heart of downtown and within walking distance of rail service to New York City.
