EMS took him to NYU Langone Hospital\u2013Brooklyn, formerly known as Lutheran Hospital, where police say he is in stable condition.<\/p>\n<p data-rich-text-paragraph=\"true\">Police arrested 45-year-old Lin Zheng and charged him with three counts of assault.<\/p>\n<p data-rich-text-paragraph=\"true\">News 12 was at the scene as officers placed a man in handcuffs and put him into the back of a police vehicle.
