Lawsuits will never fix the city Department of Education, but hail to Information Technology HS teacher Susan Muzafar for exposing one damning instance of fraud that\u2019s endemic at DOE schools.<\/p>\n

The recent Success Academy study identified 906 failures<\/a> \u2014 more than half the city\u2019s 1,600 schools.<\/p>\n
