The Bronx District Attorney\u2019s Office says he will serve his sentence at Rikers rather than being transferred to a state prison.<\/p>\n<p data-rich-text-paragraph=\"true\">The case drew widespread attention after prosecutors alleged Mosley killed a cat in what they described as a ritualistic sacrifice before posting about it online.
