Ribeiro for NY Post<\/p>\n<p>\u201cTo this specific encampment that you brought up, we\u2019re going to look into the details of that,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n<p>The Post highlighted the pro-Mamdani vagrants camped outside the floating museum in Midtown last week, revealing weeks-old 311 complaint that have gone unresolved. <\/p>\n<p>Under the Mamdani administration, Department of Homeless Services have taken over encampment sweeps from the NYPD \u2014 and the current policy is for them to clear out shanty towns after seven days of outreach.<\/p>\n<p>But that hasn\u2019t happened at the Intrepid, where vagrants have been living on the streets on Twelfth Avenue near West 46th Street. <\/p>\n<p>This is a developing story.
