England’s Coventry University is also set to commence operations in Jan 2026, alongside QUB. The university will initially launch master’s programmes, all MSc courses, in finance, financial analytics, business analytics, and construction project management, with the first cohort beginning late Jan 2026. A second cohort in Sep 2026 will bring in MSc in artificial intelligence and AI for business. Research areas of the university include STEM, finance, pharmaceutics, and AI.QUB’s Professor Margaret Topping said that GIFT City’s industry-aligned ecosystem of “driving and developing the talent pipeline” combined with Gujarat’s strong pharmaceutical base and India Semiconductor Mission (ISM) made the zone an ideal choice for the university’s research priorities and its desire for industry exposure and collaboration for its prospective students. Dean of QUB’s GIFT City campus, M Satish Kumar, added that the business district offered an innovation-centric “greenfield to connect academia with industry”.This reflects the current development in GIFT-city with all four international university campuses offering similarly aligned postgraduate programmes, specifically in the domains of financial technology (FinTech), business, business analytics, and computing\/cyber security. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Ahmedabad: Queen’s University Belfast (QUB) is now the third international university to set up its campus in GIFT…\n","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":29474,"comment_status":"","ping_status":"","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[37],"tags":[18242,18241,18243,18244,18249,18246,18248,9,24,63,18247,122,124,123,18245,18250],"class_list":["post-29473","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","category-queens","tag-ahmedabad-latest-news","tag-ahmedabad-news","tag-ahmedabad-news-live","tag-ahmedabad-news-today","tag-deakin-university","tag-gift-city","tag-international-universities-in-india","tag-new-york","tag-new-york-city","tag-nyc","tag-queens-university-belfast","tag-queens","tag-queens-headlines","tag-queens-news","tag-today-news-ahmedabad","tag-university-of-wollongong"],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-ny\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts\/29473","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-ny\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-ny\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/post"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-ny\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/users\/2"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-ny\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/comments?post=29473"}],"version-history":[{"count":0,"href":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-ny\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts\/29473\/revisions"}],"wp:featuredmedia":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-ny\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media\/29474"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-ny\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=29473"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"category","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-ny\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/categories?post=29473"},{"taxonomy":"post_tag","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-ny\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/tags?post=29473"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
