THE NYPD IS asking for the public\u2019s help identifying the person seen in this video who they say is wanted in connection with an assault that occurred at the Fordham Road subway station, serving the D train, in the Fordham Manor section of The Bronx on Saturday, June 27, 2026. The NYPD is asking for the public\u2019s help identifying the person seen in the attached photo and video who they say is wanted in connection with an assault that occurred, in transit, at the Fordham Road subway station, serving the D train.<\/p>\n

Police said that on Saturday, June 27, at around 2.20 p.m., the victim, a 47-year-old male, was standing on the southbound platform for the \u201cD\u201d line at the Fordham Road\/Grand Concourse subway station when he was approached by an unidentified male individual.<\/p>\n

They said the male individual pushed the victim into an arriving \u201cD\u201d train. The victim did not fall to the tracks but sustained injuries to the mouth and face when his head hit a moving train car. They said the suspect fled to parts unknown and the victim was transported by EMS to St. Barnabas Hospital in stable condition.<\/p>\n
