MANHATTAN, KAN. \u2013 The Riley County Police Department arrested a Manhattan man on Tuesday, on 10 counts of rape and 10 counts of aggravated indecent liberties with a child, according to a media release from the RCPD.<\/p>\n
On July 10, as a result of an ongoing investigation, officers filed a report of rape and aggravated indecent liberties with a child. Due the nature of these crimes, no victim information will be released at this time.<\/p>\n
Kevin Kendre Brown, 43, of Manhattan, was arrested at approximately 10:45 a.m. Tuesday at the Riley County Jail for 10 counts of rape and 10 counts of aggravated indecent liberties with a child. Brown has been confined in the Riley County Jail since November 2025 on other charges.
