Anderson&#8217;s family tells News 12 that Foster is her uncle.<\/p>\n<p data-rich-text-paragraph=\"true\">Police say Anderson was standing outside of her parked Jeep when she was shot multiple times in the chest just before midnight.<\/p>\n<p data-rich-text-paragraph=\"true\">Paramedics rushed her to Jacobi Hospital, where she died.<\/p>\n<p data-rich-text-paragraph=\"true\">News 12 spoke to Anderson&#8217;s family a day later.
