(WIBW) &#8211; Riley County police on Thursday arrested a man in connection with domestic battery and other offenses in Manhattan.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">The incident was reported around 1:12 a.m. Thursday in the 1100 block of Moro Street in the Aggieville district of Manhattan.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">An 18-year-old woman was listed as the victim, while a known 24-year-old man was listed as the suspect. <\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"figure-img img-fluid mx-auto d-block\" alt=\"Riley County police on Thursday arrested a man in connection with domestic battery and other...\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-ny\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/1784222589_424_QMRODRTYBJOTZDAMAFFT62ZOWA.jpg\" width=\"980\" height=\"650\" \/>Riley County police on Thursday arrested a man in connection with domestic battery and other offenses in Manhattan.(WIBW)<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Police arrested Jayleen Jackson, 24, of Manhattan, around 1:50 a.m. Thursday in the 1100 block of Moro Street in connection with the incident.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Jackson was subsequently booked into the Riley County Jail in connection with domestic battery; criminal restraint; and criminal deprivation of property.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Jackson was issued a total bond of $6,000 and remained Thursday in the Riley County Jail.<\/p>\n<p>Copyright 2026 WIBW.
