John Gotti\u2019s grandson<\/a>\u00a0Friday scored a two-month delay on his surrender date to serve a 15-month stint in lockup for a million-dollar COVID scam \u2014 so long as he donates a kidney to his ailing mom, Victoria Gotti.<\/p>\n Carmine Agnello, 39, was set to land behind bars Monday <\/a>after pleading guilty in 2024 to swiping $1.1 million in relief funds earmarked for struggling businesses and using the cash to invest in cryptocurrency.<\/p>\n Victoria Gotti has end-stage renal cancer and needs one of son Carmine\u2019s kidneys to survive, according to her son\u2019s lawyers.
