Ribeiro for NY Post<\/p>\n<p>The homeless nut has been arrested 25 times since 2018, including for forcible touching, public lewdness, menacing, grand larceny, criminal mischief and petty larceny, cops said. <\/p>\n<p>The violent vagrant was busted at least three times last year, most recently in July 2025 on a public lewdness rap on the Upper West Side \u2014 and was arrested twice the month before, police said. <\/p>\n<p>The most recent arrest came Saturday, when police said he approached the 39-year-old mom as she pushed her young daughter in a stroller near Sixth Avenue and West 41st Street. <\/p>\n<p>Cops said the nut unexpectedly threw a phone and struck the baby girl in the arm in her stroller \u2014 then picked up the device and hurled it at the stunned mom, missing her. <\/p>\n<p><img style=\"aspect-ratio:1.49926794;display:block\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" data-modal-image=\"40030368\" width=\"885\" height=\"590\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-ny\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/2026-nearly-10-acre-public-134868500.jpg\" alt=\"A partial view of Bryant Park, with people dining outdoors under green and white umbrellas.\" class=\"wp-image-40030368\"  \/>Police said Marc Okon struck a baby girl with a cellphone, then tried to hit the tot\u2019s mother outside Bryant Park.
