NEW YORK (PIX11) \u2014 A third person has died in connection with Legionnaires’ disease<\/a>, according to health officials.<\/p>\n Commissioner Dr. Alister Martin announced that 74 cases of Legionnaires’ had been identified as of Sunday in the Upper East Side cluster<\/a>.<\/p>\n \u00a0Stay connected with community stories that matter: Visit our homepage\u00a0<\/a><\/p>\n Eight people remain hospitalized, according to officials.<\/p>\n “It is with great sadness that I report a third person has died in connection with the Legionnaires’ disease community cluster on the Upper East Side.
