Infinium Wall Systems, a company that designs, engineers and installs wall systems and doors for offices, has inked a new office and retail lease spanning 30,017 square feet at Empire State Realty Trust<\/a> (ESRT)\u2019s 1359 Broadway, the landlord announced Monday.\u00a0<\/p>\n SEE ALSO: Marx Realty CEO Craig Deitelzweig Spied the Office-Hospitality Connection Early<\/a><\/p>\n \u201cWe are pleased to welcome Infinium to 1359 Broadway,\u201d Ryan Kass, executive vice president, co-head of real estate and chief revenue officer at ESRT, said in a statement. \u201cInnovative companies continue to seek well-located, modernized office space in New York City.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n The asking rent and the length of the lease were not disclosed. The average asking rent for office space in Midtown was $84.99 per square foot during the second quarter of 2026, according to Colliers research.\u00a0<\/p>\n Sarah Pontius, Jerica Lam, Carleigh Bettiol and Charlotte Reaman from Artisan Alliance<\/a> represented Infinium in the deal. Jordan Berger, Shanae Ursini, and Kerry Lavelle represented ESRT in-house, along with Robert Lowe, Ron Lo Russo, Anthony LoPresti and Dan Organ from Cushman & Wakefield<\/a>.\u00a0<\/p>\n Spokespeople for the brokerages did not immediately respond to requests for comment.\u00a0<\/p>\n It\u2019s unclear whether the deal represents a relocation or a new location for Infinium, which currently has an office and showroom address at 44 East 32nd Street. However, the company\u2019s new spot on the corner of West 36th Street will be its flagship store in New York City, according to the firm.<\/p>\n \u201cAfter evaluating numerous options for Infinium\u2019s flagship New York presence, 1359 Broadway stood apart on every measure that mattered to us,\u201d Shawn Gaffney, founder and owner of Infinium Wall Systems<\/a>, said in a statement. \u201cESRT\u2019s commitment to quality, sustainability and long-term partnership aligns closely with our own values, and the Herald Square location provides an exceptional platform to continue building relationships across the commercial interiors community.\u201d<\/p>\n Built in 1924, 1359 Broadway is a 22-story office property with other tenants such as artificial intelligence company Scaled Cognition and nonprofit<\/a> Braven.<\/p>\n
