Winds could gust to 40, 50 or even 60 mph tonight. Tree damage and power outages are possible tonight.<\/p>\n

Scattered rain and elevation snow showers overnight will taper through Thursday morning.<\/p>\n

The rest of Thursday will be quieter and colder with some sun and a noticeable wind. Highs will only be in the 30s and 40s.<\/p>\n

After a quiet start on Friday, rain returns during the afternoon and continues into Friday night. Friday will be windy with highs in the 40s and 50s.<\/p>\n

The rain will clear for Saturday but another system arrives Sunday with another round of unsettled weather. Temperatures turn even colder heading into early next week.<\/p>\n

Oneida High School officials say multiple projects are moving forward and on schedule. Crews are currently working on dredging and rerouting storm water to improve drainage and prevent future flooding. New water heaters have also been installed.<\/p>\n

5.\u00a0Democrats demand meeting with Trump, who again calls for ending filibuster to reopen government<\/a><\/p>\n

As the government shutdown entered its 36th day and became the longest in U.S. history Wednesday, President Donald Trump dug in on his demand that Republican Senators end the filibuster while Democrats called for the president to meet with them.<\/p>\n
