A Park Slope<\/a> townhouse with a private driveway and a two-car garage topped Brooklyn\u2019s luxury market last week.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The home was one of 18 \u2014 nine condos, one co-op and eight single-family homes \u2014 asking at least $2 million to find a buyer, according to Compass\u2019 weekly contracts report from July 13 to July 19. The total contract volume was $58 million.<\/p>\n

The previous week saw 30 contracts signed for $137 million<\/a>.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The priciest contract was for the townhouse at 683 10th Street in Park Slope asking $5.8 million.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Spanning 4,700 square feet, the four-story home sits on a double-wide lot and has a private driveway that leads to a two-car garage. The home is currently set up as a two-family home with an upper triplex and a two-bedroom garden-level unit.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The home appears to have not been extensively renovated, as a StreetEasy listing explains that it has room \u201cpotential for thoughtful updates.\u201d It still has a number of original details including mantles, parquet floors, pocket shutters and doors, and moldings.<\/p>\n

The upper triplex has four bedrooms and two full bathrooms and the lower level has two bedrooms and one full bathroom.<\/p>\n

The home first hit the market in April asking $8.8 million, had a small price cut in May and then went into contract just over two weeks after its price dropped to $5.8 million.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Townsley & Gay\u2019s Elaine Gay and Michael Sabin had the listing.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The second priciest contract signed last week was for a townhouse unit at a boutique condo in Williamsburg<\/a> at 76 North 8th Street.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Asking $4.9 million, Unit 1 is a triplex that spans 2,400 square feet and has another 1,100 square feet of private outdoor space. The home has one \u201clegal bedroom,\u201d according to the StreetEasy listing, along with two bathrooms and a recreation room.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The main floor living room and dining room connect to the back garden through oversized sliding glass doors. The upper level has a primary suite with a walk-in closet, en-suite bathroom and office space. The lower level has a large rec room that connects to a back patio.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Serhant\u2019s Mallory Bogard, Brandon Bogard and Katie Hertsch had the listing.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The home is one of three units at the boutique condo from development firm LTNG. The project is the firm\u2019s second in the area after it launched sales last year on a two-unit development at 584 Leonard Street<\/a>, which sold out for a combined $10.4 million.<\/p>\n
