Prosecutors allege Cabrera later told police, &#8220;I gave her a NAD+ IV. She went unconscious immediately. I called 911.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p data-rich-text-paragraph=\"true\">RELATED: <a data-rich-text-hyperlink=\"true\" href=\"https:\/\/bronx.news12.com\/55-year-old-founder-of-bronx-holistic-medicine-center-arrested-after-woman-from-facility-dies\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Woman dies after receiving injection at Kingsbridge wellness center; owner arrested<\/a><\/p>\n<p data-rich-text-paragraph=\"true\">The complaint also says he told investigators he was not licensed to practice medicine in New York but said he was a doctor in the Dominican Republic and held a physician assistant license in Puerto Rico. <\/p>\n<p data-rich-text-paragraph=\"true\">Prosecutors say he was not legally authorized to administer the treatment.
