{"id":302845,"date":"2026-07-22T14:16:20","date_gmt":"2026-07-22T14:16:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-ny\/302845\/"},"modified":"2026-07-22T14:16:20","modified_gmt":"2026-07-22T14:16:20","slug":"closter-based-beauty-brand-hazina-scores-retail-presence-at-manhattans-oculus","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-ny\/302845\/","title":{"rendered":"Closter-based beauty brand HAZINA scores retail presence at Manhattan&#8217;s Oculus"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.hazinas.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">HAZINA<\/a>, a skincare brand based in Closter, announced July 21 that it will have a retail placement at alchemy., a retail concept inside Westfield World Trade Center\u2019s Oculus in Manhattan, beginning Aug. 1.<\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/911groundzero.com\/blog\/world-trade-center-oculus\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">Oculus<\/a> is the centerpiece of The World Trade Center Transportation Hub. The Oculus, which means \u201ceye\u201d in Latin, is one of the largest transportation centers in New York with subway and PATH stations as well as a shopping mall with retail, restaurants and public art.<\/p>\n<p>Following the 9\/11 terrorist attacks, construction began in 2004, and Oculus finally opened to the public on March 3. Designed by Spanish architect Santiago Calatrava, the $4 billion building is 350 feet long and measures about 75,000 square feet of retail space. It has among the most foot-trafficked spaces in the city.<\/p>\n<p>Founded by Rinku Wadhwani and Parul Rawal, HAZINA was created out of Wadhwani\u2019s search for effective, elevated skincare during menopause.
