Soon, a new musical by Nick Blaemire<\/a> (Glory Days<\/a>,\u00a0Safety Not Guaranteed, Space Dogs), will play a limited engagement at The Loft at St. Luke’s Theatre this fall.<\/p>\n

Seen last year at the East Village Basement, the upcoming production will be directed by\u00a0Will Blum<\/a> (Beetlejuice<\/a>, The School of Rock\u2014The Musical). The six-week run will begin September 30. Casting will be announced at a later date.<\/p>\n

The intimate, indie-pop chamber musical asks the question, “What do you do with the time you have left?” While 20-something Charlie waits for the end of the world, Jonah waits for her to start living. But before time runs out, Charlie must do the hardest thing imaginable: open the front door.<\/p>\n

The creative team will also include music supervisor Wiley DeWeese<\/a> (The Lightning Thief: The Percy Jackson Musical<\/a>, Girl From The North Country) and music director Andy Collopy<\/a> (The Lightning Thief: The Percy Jackson Musical, The Notebook<\/a>).\u00a0<\/p>\n

Out of the Box Theatrics is producing\u00a0in association with Bella Vita Entertainment, Dru Margolis, and Red Horse LLC.<\/p>\n

Soon will be presented as part of OOTB\u2019s Loft Series and Custom Work Program. The Loft Season is a new developmental production series featuring limited production elements in an intimate and immersive environment.<\/p>\n
