The buyer was a company managed by Marcus Adjmi. Midland had taken over the property in 2024 amid a foreclosure case. The three-story building measures about 230,000 square feet.<\/p>\n<p>\ud83c\udfc6Residential: The priciest recorded home sale was in the West Village, where a trust with Steven Gelon as trustee sold a co-op at 136 Waverly Place for $6.2 million. The buyer was another trust, with David Stein and Kenneth Musen as trustees. The seller paid $5.8 million in 2013 for the pad, which has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The co-op\u2019s last asking price was $6.4 million. Compass\u2019 Joshua Wesoky, Jonathan Banks and Jung Hi Han had the listing.<\/p>\n<p>\ud83d\udccaCommercial: Prosper Property Group bought the vacant lot at <a href=\"https:\/\/therealdeal.com\/new-york\/2026\/07\/13\/developers-buy-empty-lot-at-65-west-broadway-for-24m\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">65 West Broadway<\/a> in Tribeca for $24 million. The seller was Warren Murray Property Owner LLC. The lot will feature a mixed-use residential and commercial space with 23 units.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\ud83d\udccaResidential: Jason Gurandiano, a technology banker, and Jacqueline Meretsky, founder of a sustainable tennis wear brand, shed a full-floor, 4,100-square-foot co-op at 15 West 24th Street in the Flatiron District for $5.8 million, or $1,400 per square foot. The buyers were Brandon Chao and Vanessa Lee. The residence has five bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms. The unit\u2019s most recent asking price was just under $6 million.
