\u201cWhen we designed Sky Three\u2019s amenity program, we wanted to create more than a collection of impressive spaces \u2013 we wanted wellness to feel like a natural part of everyday life. The quarter-mile outdoor track gives residents a rare opportunity in New York City to run, walk, take calls, get their steps in or simply step outside for some fresh coastal air without ever leaving home. The freedom and flexibility that the track brings has made it one of the building\u2019s most beloved amenities and something prospective residents can immediately picture becoming part of their own routine,\u201d Aaron Polinsky of Cammeby’s International, the property developer, told Newsweek.<\/p>\n

While the track is a prominent piece of the wellness story of Sky Three, it is joined by other amenities to make the property intriguing to potential residents, including Brooklyn\u2019s largest residential pool, two pickleball courts and a basketball court, a full-service fitness center and yoga and movement studio, saunas, a massage room, and a Zen garden.<\/p>\n
