Enbergar NY LLC sold the office building at 122 East 55th Street for $7.7 million. The buyer was 122 East 55th Street LLC. The five-floor building spans nearly 5,500 square feet.<\/p>\n<p>\ud83c\udfc6Residential: The top residential sale to hit records was in West Chelsea, Witkoff Group and Access Industries sold a sponsor unit at One High Line at 500 West 18th Street for $14.4 million. Anton Moldan, senior director at Macquarie Asset Management, and his wife, Stephanie Moldan, were the buyers. Measuring about 4,000 square feet, the unit contains four bedrooms and four and a half baths. Deborah Kern and Steve Gold with Corcoran had the listing.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\ud83d\udccaResidential: Charles and Marie McDermott sold the home at 267 6th Avenue in Park Slope for $6.1 million. RH Sixth Ave LLC was the buyer. The 7,200-square-foot residence has eight bedrooms and three bathrooms.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\ud83d\udccaCommercial: The mixed-use residential and commercial property at 236 Broadway in Williamsburg hit records for $6.4 million. The seller was 236 Broadway Equities LLC and 236 Broadway Realty LLC was the buyer. The two-story property covers about 12,600 square feet.
