Investigators found that a 39-year-old woman was driving on the bridge when her Honda SUV collided with a 57-year-old man on a bicycle. <\/p>\n<p data-rich-text-paragraph=\"true\">Video taken of the scene shows a windshield smashed and a shoe on the hood. A bicycle is also seen on the other side of the street.<\/p>\n<p data-rich-text-paragraph=\"true\">The bicyclist was taken to NYC Health+Hospitals\/Jacobi in critical condition.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"A bicyclist was struck by a car on the City Island Bridge.
