He spent nearly two decades at Cravath, Swaine &amp; Moore, advising on broad range of M&amp;A transactions.<\/p>\n<p>He focuses on public and private M&amp;A, carve-outs, joint ventures, strategic investments, structured equity and cross-border transactions, Freshfields said.
